Detailed discussion on print media, challenges and solutions under the banner of All India Small and Medium Newspapers Federation, National President of the Federation and senior member of the Press Council of India inaugurated the program organized at the IM Auditorium located in the IAM Court Complex in Moradabad, the brass city of Uttar Pradesh, as the birth anniversary of Late Sardar Harbhajan Singh, the founder of All India Small and Medium Newspapers Federation. The lamp was lit jointly by Gurinder Singh, PCI member LC Bharatiya, PCI member Shyam Singh Panwar, former PCI and Press Recognition Committee member Ashok Navratan, and other guests. On this occasion, Federation President Gurinder Singh said that there are countless challenges before us.
PCI member LC Bhartiya said that newspapers have brought many revolutions with the help of yesterday. The fight of the poor, the helpless and the oppressed has been fought on our own forces without any authority. The fight will continue in future also. He said that the era of print media has not gone yet, print media is the power of the people, it is their shield. Ashok Kumar Navratan, former member of PCI and member of Recognition Committee, said that the government is spreading hatred and giving step-motherly treatment to the newspapers. Meanwhile, Archana Choudhary from Bijnor, Dinesh Shakti Tirkha from Dehradun, D.D., member of Uttarakhand Chief Minister Journalist Pension Fund.
