World famous Baahudaa Yatra or Return Car festival being held in the holy city of Puri, Odisha. The occasion marks the return of Lord Jagannath and His siblings back to Sri Mandir from the Sri Gundicha Temple, after a brief sojourn.
All the three chariots are ready to carry the deties with thousands of devotees eager to pull the Raths back. Adequate security and traffic arrangemetnts are put in place in the holy city in view of the heavy rush of devotees.
At the time of filing the story, while the Pahandi bije or the ritualistic ushering in of Lord Balabhadra and Goddess Subhadra to the chariots was completed, the same for Lord Jagannath was in progress.
