Dr. Raghavendra Kumar Raghav–
When the limits of my sorrow,
Are finally crossed,
I’ll find no strength to borrow,
In silence, I’ll be lost.
Like a stone, I will harden,
While you try to appease,
I’ll offer no pardon,
Falling quiet by degrees.
You’ll grow weary and hollow,
And turn back from the door,
With no path left to follow,
And no words anymore.
I will build up my tower,
A wall none can climb,
Stripped of all power,
In the stillness of time.
In a corner, I’ll waken,
And ask why it’s true,
That my soul was so shaken,
By trying to stay with you.
